Ticket sales became available by the end of 2019, releasing games for scratch-off to the public. Now the lottery offers a wide variety of games as Mega Millions, Powerball, Cash 3, Cash 4, Match 5 and Cash Pop.
Profits from ticket sales are to be used in the development and maintenance of state infrastructure and school systems. Over the 5 fiscal years ended June 30, 2028, the first $80 million of lottery revenue per fiscal year is allocated to transportation improvements. All other income is transferred to the Educational Enhancement Fund.
